Carbide rapid feed short end mill

For rough machining of quenched materials, a rapid feed end mill is the preferred choice. This milling cutter uses a 0.3µm ultrafine-grained cemented carbide round bar with a highly wear-resistant AGX coating, achieving an effective combination of wear resistance and chipping resistance. It is mainly used for rough machining of quenched materials such as S136, H13, SKD11, and DC53, with a machining hardness between 48HRC and 62HRC.
